PROCESS
Our objective in the campaign was to maximise reach and scale. KiwindMedia identified the available mix of inventories based on the existing creatives and began exploring additional compatible sources, including, but not limited to, in-app, push notifications, and programmatic channels.

The top priority while scaling was to ensure we consistently reached age-appropriate audiences. To achieve this, we onboarded traffic sources with robust use cases, advanced targeting capabilities, and manual verification processes to maintain a safe and compliant environment. In some cases, random manual checks were also conducted to validate the integrity of the process

CAMPAIGN GOAL
Ladbrokes aimed to maximise reach across all age-appropriate in-app media channels by leveraging interactive ad formats, with the ultimate goal of driving a strong install-to-deposit conversion rate.

RESULT
The team at KiwindMedia undertook a comprehensive effort to integrate 60+ diverse media sources, spanning in-app inventory, push notifications, and programmatic channels. This strategic diversification led to a substantial uplift in campaign performance. Specifically, the campaign achieved a 5x increase in overall reach, allowing Ladbrokes to engage a significantly broader and more relevant audience base.

In parallel, install volume surged by 2.5x, a clear indication that the targeting, creative alignment, and platform selection were resonating with users and driving effective user acquisition at scale.

Perhaps most notably, within just a few weeks, the campaign not only scaled efficiently but also exceeded the deposit KPI by ~30%, a critical metric for real ROI in gaming verticals. This outperformance highlights both the high quality of acquired users and the efficiency of the acquisition funnel.
